12/4/2019 0 Comments Week SixYoga: My yoga is going good. It could be better but its going good. im feeling more flexible and stronger in my core. after last week and not doing yoga as much I am more sore than I was when the weeks before I took the small break.
Meditation: My meditation is going really good because I learning to cope with things going on in my life. I think its going good now because i'm at a good spot in my life. I have no drama and i'm just going with the flow where ever that takes me but i'm still completing the things that need to complete.
