10/16/2019 0 Comments Week 1: IntroductionFor my week one I decided to spend my time discovering apps to help me plan my meditation and yoga goals. it took me a good amount of time to find reliable apps. at first I was hoping that I could find an app that could help me with both at the same time. I could not find an app that addressed both my meditation goals and my yoga goals so I ended up having to settle with two different apps. The meditation app I decided to use was the insight timer app. this app sets up plans for me to achieve my low stress goals. The yoga app I decided to use was the Yoga app this app lets me make a routine to follow or follow other peoples routines that they have made. My plan is to follow other peoples routine for the first couple weeks until I feel comfortable with making my own routine.
