Meditation & Yoga

GET TO KNOW ME I'm Breck, and I've always wanted to pursue yoga and meditation! |
Since I was 10 I've wanted to get into yoga, i just haven't had the motivation to find ways of doing it. I have also done meditation for a while but I would like to commit to it. through meditation and yoga I would like to become mentally healthy, physically healthy, and stronger.

MEDITATION;
My goal with meditation is to learn how to cope with the stress of school, work, and athletics. I feel that good meditation habits will make me a happier person over all, and maybe I wont procrastinate so much who knows. |
YOGA;
My goal with Yoga is to become physically healthier and stronger, by the end of the 12 weeks is to lose at least 20 pounds. |
